We do! All our coffees are roasted by our team - sometimes right on site at our smaller roasteries and sometimes at our larger, purpose-built facility that’s part of the same big coffee family.

Whether it’s a small batch or a bigger roast, it’s all handled by the same crew of passionate coffee people who live and breathe beans. We work with our teams to make sure every roast nails our flavour profiles and meets our standards (which are, frankly, pretty picky). Every batch is cupped, tested, and tasted until it’s just right.

Our larger roasting facility is packed with world-class equipment, strict quality controls, and impressive sustainability systems.

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on food and beverage items due to food safety. If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please email customerservice@thecoffeeshop.au with your order number, a brief description, and a photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund if the item is unavailable.
