Our coffee beans are sourced from all over the world, including Guatemala, Colombia, Peru, Ethiopia, India and Brazil. We only work with the best farmers and roasters using sustainable practices to bring you the highest quality beans.

BlendCo Holdings demonstrates integrity and compliance to internationally recognized food safety standards with a HACCP certification across all 4 locations.

Coffee is best stored in an air tight container in a cool dark place away from light and moisture. Our 1kg coffee bags have a one-way valve toensure the CO2 emitted from the roasted coffee beans is released from the packaging but prevents oxygen from getting into the coffee bag. Oxygen causes coffee to oxidize, reducing quality and taste.

We offer free shipping for all orders over $80.

We offer a standard shipping rate of $15 for all orders under $80.

Express shipping is also available at checkout.

All orders are processed and packed within 2 business days of your order being placed and payment clearing.

RETURNS & WARRANTY INFORMATION

Should a product be damaged or faulty at the time of delivery, please contact us at customerservice@thecoffeeshop.au. Please supply your order number from your original confirmation email, a description and photo of the damage or defect, along with your e-mail address and phone number. Once we receive all the necessary information, we will arrange an exchange of your ordered product. If the product is no longer available, we will provide a refund.

Unless otherwise specified, The Coffeeshop honours all our manufacturers warranties on machinery and accessories.
