Every brand you see here was created in-house by our team. These aren’t off-the-shelf blends or white-label beans, they’re crafted from scratch, each inspired by a personal story, memory, or mood.

Our brands are loved by many cafés, restaurants and businesses across Australia available through our wholesale business BlendCo. The Coffee Shop is the only place you can buy our beans directly as a customer - we love sharing our good brews with you!

We do! All our coffees are roasted by our team - sometimes right on site at our smaller roasteries and sometimes at our larger, purpose-built facility that’s part of the same big coffee family.

Whether it’s a small batch or a bigger roast, it’s all handled by the same crew of passionate coffee people who live and breathe beans. We work with our teams to make sure every roast nails our flavour profiles and meets our standards (which are, frankly, pretty picky). Every batch is cupped, tested, and tasted until it’s just right.

Our larger roasting facility is packed with world-class equipment, strict quality controls, and impressive sustainability systems.

Our coffee beans are sourced from all over the world, including Guatemala, Colombia, Peru, Ethiopia, India and Brazil. We only work with the best farmers and roasters using sustainable practices to bring you the highest quality beans.

BlendCo Holdings demonstrates integrity and compliance to internationally recognized food safety standards with a HACCP certification across all 4 locations.

Coffee is best stored in an air tight container in a cool dark place away from light and moisture. Our 1kg coffee bags have a one-way valve toensure the CO2 emitted from the roasted coffee beans is released from the packaging but prevents oxygen from getting into the coffee bag. Oxygen causes coffee to oxidize, reducing quality and taste.

Yes, and it’s a pretty great gift if you ask us. Just enter the lucky recipient’s address at checkout and include a note if you’d like – we’ll make sure it arrives with care.

We believe everyone should be able to enjoy a great cup of coffee at home so we deliver Australia-wide. Whether you’re metro, regional, or in the middle of nowhere with a billy on the boil, we’ve got you covered.

We offer free shipping for all orders over $80.

We offer a standard shipping rate of $15 for all orders under $80.

Express shipping is also available at checkout.

All orders are aimed to be processed and packed within 2 business days of your order being placed and payment clearing.

RETURNS & WARRANTY INFORMATION

Should a product be damaged or faulty at the time of delivery, please contact us at customerservice@thecoffeeshop.au. Please supply your order number from your original confirmation email, a description and photo of the damage or defect, along with your e-mail address and phone number. Once we receive all the necessary information, we will arrange an exchange of your ordered product. If the product is no longer available, we will provide a refund.

Unless otherwise specified, The Coffeeshop honours all our manufacturers warranties on machinery and accessories.
