We look for continuous improvement, regularly reassessing sustainability goals and strategies based on changing circumstances, technological advancements, and best practices.

At the Coffeeshop our coffee is roasted daily across each of our roasteries in Geelong VIC, Lisarow NSW, Sunshine Coast QLD together with our roasting partners.

We share our knowledge of green bean sourcing as well as roasting curves and cupping. We hold a central repository of samples from each roast with exhaustive testing of each coffee in line with a quality assurance program.

Each local roastery has its own cupping room, state of the art roasting and mapping equipment, and roasters that have decades of combined roasting experience.

Social Responsibility

We focus on improving the livelihoods of coffee farmers and workers by promoting fair labour practices, providing access to education and healthcare, and supporting community development projects. We collaborate with industry partners, NGOs, and certification organisations (e.g., Fair Trade, Rainforest Alliance, UTZ) to uphold sustainability standards and achieve recognised certifications.

At the Coffeeshop we play an active role in our communities, helping those closest to us that form the fabric of our society.
