SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- All orders are processed and packed within 2 business days of your order being placed and payment clearing.
- Free shipping is available on all orders over $80.
- Flat rate shipping is available for $25 Australia wide for all orders under $80.
- Express Post shipping is available and calculated on checkout.
- We deliver most of our parcels using Australia Post where possible.

- Order confirmation with your order number are sent to the email address provided with tracking details.
- Currently all orders are shipped from our Victorian Head Office, 10 Hepner Place North Geelong 3215.
- We ship to PO Boxes within Australia.
RETURNS
Should a product be damaged or faulty at the time of delivery, please contact us at customerservice@thecoffeeshop.au. Please supply your order number from your original confirmation email, a description and photo of the damage or defect, along with your e-mail address and phone number. Once we receive all the necessary information, we will arrange an exchange of your ordered product. If the product is no longer available, we will provide a refund.
