The Coffee Shop Subscription Terms & Conditions

1. Subscription Types

a) Pay-As-You-Go Subscriptions

  • Customers can choose their preferred frequency (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly) for coffee delivery.

  • Subscriptions are ongoing until cancelled.

  • Customers can pause, skip, or cancel their subscription at any time via their coffee shop account dashboard.

  • Payments are charged automatically on the selected schedule.

b) Prepaid Subscriptions (6-month and 12-month)

  • Prepaid subscriptions are charged in full upfront at the time of purchase.

  • Prepaid subscriptions cannot be paused, skipped, or cancelled.

  • Once the first shipment has been dispatched, prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable.


2. Eligibility

  • Subscriptions are available to residents of Australia only.

  • Customers must be at least 18 years old to create a subscription.


3. Payment and Billing

  • Pay-As-You-Go subscriptions are billed automatically according to the chosen frequency.

  • Prepaid subscriptions are billed once, at the full subscription price, at checkout.

  • All prices include GST where applicable. Shipping fees apply unless specified otherwise.


4. Changes to Subscriptions

  • Pay-As-You-Go subscriptions can be updated (frequency, address, coffee type) via the customer account.

  • Prepaid subscriptions cannot be modified after purchase.

  • The Coffee Shop reserves the right to make changes to subscription pricing, products, or terms at any time. Customers will be notified in advance if changes affect ongoing subscriptions.


5. Delivery

  • Deliveries are made according to the chosen subscription frequency.

  • The Coffee Shop is not responsible for delays due to courier services or external factors.

  • Standard shipping conditions apply.


6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Pay-As-You-Go subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via the customer account. No further payments will be taken after cancellation.

  • Prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased and cannot be cancelled, paused, or skipped.

  • Refunds will only be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law for defective products.


7. Promotions and Discounts

  • Any promotions, discounts, or offers will specify applicable subscription types.

  • Prepaid subscription promotions may have additional restrictions (e.g., Black Friday offers).


8. Communication

  • Customers agree to receive transactional emails about their subscription, including shipping and billing updates.

  • Marketing communications are optional and can be unsubscribed from at any time.


9. Liability

  • The Coffee Shop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from subscription use.

  • Liability for defective products is limited to replacement or refund, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
